A former Police Academy drill instructor, Corrections Officer and Bounty Hunter with 30 years of fitness industry experience, Gino Caccavale has amassed countless awards as an officer, competitive bodybuilder and physique competitor, including the Mr. Connecticut title and American Gladiator Championship. He is a highly regarded celebrity trainer and a featured writer and technical consultant for Muscle and Fitness. His passion is to share his knowledge and experience to transform bodies and help others feel fit and live strong and happy lives.
He created his ReZist workout out of the need to safely and effectively attack your cardiovascular system as well as build lean muscle in only 30 minutes! At 57 years old, he travels the country teaching ReZist, doing certifications and spreading his passionate belief that rezistance training is crucial to living a long, strong healthy life.
